Amazing demonstration of piloting skills by the LOT airlines crew. 231 people were on board when it made an emergency landing in Warsaw, Poland on November 1st, 2011 when the landing gear failed to extend. I haven't verified the source yet but the clip below was the clearance given from tower to the pilots.

Tower: Lot 16, I authorize land. 104 nodes. For information. For a short light turned straight to runway.
Pilot: We have permission to land. Thank you.
Tower: Lot 16, report runway in sight.
Pilot: I applied runway in sight.
Tower: Thank you! Good luck!
