Korean BBQ - Galbi

Ingredients


1 pound rib eye, sliced through the bone
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon saki
2 teaspoons sesame oil
5 cloves crushed garlic
fresh ground black pepper


Place ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well. Add Rib Eye and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight is better! Cook on hot a charcoal grill, gas is for the weak!
