Sundubu Jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew)
Absolutely wonderful on a cold rainy day! Serve with rice.
6 dry anchovies
1 kelp
3 dried shiitake mushroom
2-3 cups of water
1 teaspoon red pepper oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/4 pound pork
1 teaspoon chili powder (red pepper)
1 cup kimchi
1 cup tofu
3-4 clams
1/4 cup scallion
1 jalapeno
